How we handle your data and protect the site.
What we collect
When you create an account we store your email address and an optional display name. Administrators may add player profiles, fixtures, sponsors, and contact details for county officials.
How we use it
Account data is used solely to authenticate you and to allow administrators to manage county content. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
Security controls
- Authentication is handled by a managed identity provider with hashed credentials.
- Row-Level Security restricts access so each user can only read their own profile and role.
- Only administrators can publish or edit fixtures, players, sponsors, league tables, and averages.
- Image uploads are stored in private buckets and served via time-limited signed URLs.
- All traffic is served over HTTPS.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing the county secretary listed on the Contact page.
Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking.
